Claude Agent for Jira

One feature I'd really like to see is the ability to define a trusted knowledge base for each project. For example, admins could link relevant Confluence spaces, architecture docs, coding guidelines, ADRs, API documentation, or even specific Jira projects. That way, Claude can answer questions using the team's actual documentation instead of relying mainly on the current issue. It would also be helpful if Claude showed which sources it used for its response. Having project-specific context like this would make the answers much more reliable and useful, especially for larger teams.

Currently, this is difficult to use in large enterprise environments because it lacks project-level isolation for Claude and GitHub credentials. Separate project-level configuration would be important to meet governance, security, and access-control requirements.
