Connect your Anthropic Claude API key and a GitHub service account to Jira. Assign a work item to the agent, and it writes code and opens a draft pull request on your own Claude Managed Agent infrastructure.

Get help with small to medium coding tasks

The work item summary, description, and linked repository references are sent to Anthropic’s managed, sandboxed infrastructure, it generates task-specific code, opens draft PRs, and reports progress back to Jira.

Manage and customize the agent in Claude Console

Configure the agent in Claude Console. Customize the model, prompt, and environment. Zero data retention is not supported. Use is subject to your organization’s agreement with Anthropic: Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Anthropic account with Claude Managed Agents enabled
GitHub repository with the agent's service account added

Get started:

Add your Anthropic API key on the app's configuration page.
Add a GitHub personal access token for a service account with repository access.
Start assigning or @mentioning Claude Agent on work items.

Note: Claude Managed Agents is stateful. Zero Data Retention is not supported.
