Key highlights of the appDashboard notes and counts that stay on reload, refresh, and wallboard
Note that does not vanish
The note is stored in the gadget. Reload the dashboard or open wallboard and the same text is still there.
Built for wallboard
Type is sized for a TV. Same color rotates the gadgets. Different colors show them together. Dark theme follows Jira.
Count that opens the list
A JQL count on the dashboard. Click the number to open that list in Jira.
More details
DashKeep is two Jira Cloud dashboard gadgets, Note and Count.
Type a standup or wallboard message into Note. The gadget stores it, so the text is still there after you reload the dashboard or open View as wallboard.
Count takes a bounded JQL query and shows how many work items match. Click the number to open that list in Jira.
Install from Marketplace and start the trial in Manage apps. Edit a dashboard and add Note or Count. For Note, type the message, save, then reload: the text is still there. For Count, enter JQL such as created >= -365d, save, and click the number to open the list. Open View as wallboard if you want it on a TV. Different gadget highlight colors keep both on screen. The same color rotates them.
It is not a chart builder. Counts run as the viewing user (read:jira-work). Configuration stays in Jira gadget storage. There is no vendor database.
