1.7.3 - Reliability and security hardening release
Fixed: A compliance audit export covering a date range with over 100 matching issues could silently return a partial result; exports now return the complete set. A rare timing issue could drop a concurrent approval action from the audit trail, or cause the automated reminder sweep to revert a decision or resend a reminder; both are corrected. A security scheme granting access to "the current assignee" or "the current reporter" is now correctly recognized when adding approvers. Remove Approvers no longer defaults to removing everyone if saved without an explicit choice.
Security: Workflow validators now fail closed on an unexpected internal error instead of allowing the transition through.
No configuration changes required. No new permissions or OAuth scopes.
