The Offline Backup Viewer is a standalone application you download from GitHub and run locally:

Browse Confluence Cloud CSV ZIP backups, with Jira backup support. Navigate spaces and page trees, search titles and content, filter results, and view available versions, comments and attachments. Preview images and PDFs directly. Your backups stay local and are never modified. No live connection to Jira or Confluence is required.
This Marketplace app provides license keys and access to support for the separately installed viewer. A valid Marketplace license unlocks SAML SSO, user and group import, and per-user permission checks in the official build. Product support requires an active paid license. License revenue funds ongoing maintenance and support.
