Administrators can define which types of user messages should be relayed to Jira issues.
Only selected types will be processed; others will be ignored. - Forward Attachments from JSM to Chatbot
Files attached to public comments in JSM will be securely forwarded to the user's chat via integration. - Include Explanatory Notes in Chatbot Messages
System-generated notes can be appended to user messages sent from the chatbot to JSM, helping agents understand the context and origin of incoming communication.
