FlowLens is a Forge-native app that runs entirely on Atlassian’s infrastructure — no external servers, no data leaving your site. It calculates time-in-status metrics (averages, medians, 85th percentiles) with an optional business-hours mode that only counts working time in your configured timezone, so reports reflect real team capacity rather than raw wall-clock time. Three views — Summary, Per-Issue, and Weekly Trend — surface the same data at different levels of detail, live on your Jira dashboard. FlowLens only reads issue and status-change history; it never writes to your projects or collects personal data beyond what’s needed to render the dashboard.
