    Unreliable, slow to use and create test cases - tell me what benefit does this really have over using Excel spreadsheets?

    We are currently unable to create, update, or view test cases in our Jira project. The following API call consistently returns a 500 Internal Server Error:POST https://prod-play.zephyr4jiracloud.com/connect/public/rest/api/1.0/execution Despite submitting a support request via the contact form a few weeks ago, we have not received any response. This issue is blocking our work, and we would appreciate an update or assistance as soon as possible.
