    Performance has really been declining with new UI. linking defects on steps not reflecting as links. ability not to see attachments in execution view (&/or easily bulk download attachments) make attaching files to a Test Step useless. needs Significant improvement in order to get higher reviews. this feel like a Test system that has been poorly tested which is very unfortunate

    We started implementing Zephyr for Jira within our team and already found out the enormous advantages it could provide to our team. We are really excited on what Zephyr is about to offer by integrating the Test Management solution into our entire project management life cycle. The whole project team has complete visibility of QA effort through out the testing process and can also make Go/No-Go decisions much ahead of the production implementation date of a project.

    We use the this addon one year and are disaapointed: - the tool missed a lot of standard features: - test repository. The possibility reuse the tests accross the jira projects - you can't add the testexecution to the sprint, only test cycle - you can't moved the test to the other projects, only if you have more rights (bulk operation) - comment field in the testexecution is not adjustable - testexecution is not a standard Jira issue, because of that you cant use that in other addon, for example Bigpicture for the Tetsplaning - the update policy is bad. the last feature updae was a year ago v 4.0. the version 5 is only compatibility to Jira 8 - test suppport is bad, beacuse they cannot do anything. The say only we are appriciate for your feedback and we give aour request to the project management and than it happens nothing. We can't recomended this tool at all and we want move to other better tools.

    I don't not give ability to export test details to csv to migrate Zephyr part from one instance to another.

    We added Zephyr to our testing teams workflow earlier this year with great results. Our testing team now has better visibility of what has been tested for a release, what needs testing for a release and has made testing faster with repeatable tests. While we are now in a good place with our testing, it was a uphill battle. There is not enough material to help with training the team on how to use Zephyr. I asked about this at Atlassian Open 2019 and was told that will be working with Atlassian University to fix this issue.

    Of the available reports, Test Summary and especially Cycle Summary are extremely useful to see which tests are passing or not. Traceability reports would be immensely useful, except the filter is terrible. The actual Traceability report format itself is not bad, but to identify which tickets are included in the report, you can only specify by an optional Version, and a required Ticket Type. This means that I can't run a report that includes all of my Stories, Tasks, and Bugs all in a single view, and I also can't filter out for just the tickets I want to see based on advanced criteria (epic link, label, status, etc). You have to just know the specific tickets you want and select them one by one which is not useful when you have 10s or 100s of tickets for the report.

    Very, very-very poor customer support experience. We have 2 blocker support tickets open with them. One is related to duplicated Test step custom field, the other one with broken zephyr index. The first ticket was open in February. After having several calls and providing them with logs, they still where not able to determinate the root cause. So our system admin had a look on it and guess what! After spending not even one hour to find the issue, he was able to fix it in the DB. Thanks to him, we don't have the duplicated field. Second issue is about the number of executions: we got two different numbers in the ZQL and the Test part in the projects. This ticket is open since 4-5 months and still where not able to help us. All the suggestions they made failed for us. And now, we don't even have the Test menu any more.

    We have Zephyr for JIRA that is used by 20 000 users and recently we have a lot of problems with Zephyr Data Center after re-indexing data does not get sync from node to node. Recently after re-indexing only one node worked and on the other 3 Zephyr was under maintenance, when we reported that to the vendor with priority 1 their support (24/5) was so bad that we really need to find other solution for that. They schedule the meetings and forget about that when the time comes. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I really don't recommend this product and their support.

    I run an IT department that supports 35K JIRA users, of which 15K users are QA that used Zephyr add-on for JIRA daily. Zephyr plugin started out great, and inexpensive. As the number of users grew from 5K to 15K and running on JIRA Data Center we saw a lot of issue around scaling Zephyr add-on. Data does not get sync from node to node, and often bugs are introduced during Zephyr upgrades. We planned to move to the enterprise version of Zephyr but the support we got while using the add-on version of so bad that we didn't trust Zephyr will provide any better support for their enterprise product. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I have 10K QA developers not able to use this product, and we have to build our own workaround solutions. Would a senior manager from Zephyr reach out to me and discuss how we can work together?

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:
