    I would like to recognize that the level of support and response to our issues has been exemplary. They have en devoured to keep us informed at all times and they seem to be truly customer focused. We have had our fair share of problems with duplicate records which are now being addressed. In relation to the tool functionality, It is very good but I have found that as you increase the complexity of usage and where you start to use it across many cycles that it requires a high level of admin/maintenance. The primarily issue is its integration to the JIRA issuetype it links to. For example if you want to have a field in the Jira record to be "passed" on to the test execution it is not possible. For example, if I want to setup a test case at the JIRA level as a regression test. Even if I create a separate field, it is not possible to search for regression test cases when trying to allocate to a cycle in Zephyr. I think this is something fundamental. The only way around, which is less than ideal, was to create a new cycle within the same release called Regression to add test cases to. This is more like a workaround as the releases and cycles should not be used in this way. *Recommendation*: Allow for multiple folder levels I also find that the built tin "Test Metric" and "Test Summary" sections are close to useless as they cannot be customized. In the end I am having to constantly export to excel in order to do proper Test Reporting. The Zephyr related gadget are good but very restrictive again on what it can be selected to be displayed. In all I think it is a very good tool with the potential to get better, but I find that it is not well suited to large complex projects. Alberto

    I have been using Zephyr for Jira pretty much since it was launched. I have seen it grow from a very basic tool into a full-fledged test management studio, complete with reporting and dashboards. They are constantly listening to feedback and implementing new features to address holes in functionality.

    We are using Zephyr for 4 years now with a 5000 users license. This the once of the AddOns together with EasyBi and Structure that make us most of troubles. First exporting the Zephyr data from JIRA is not feasible without big effort by writing script. Second, to be able to get access to the REST Zephyr API, you have to install another AddOn :( named ZAPI. The problem is that the ZAPI AddOns don't work the same ways as the JIRA Rest API, for some reasons it don't work correctly behind a reverse proxy, for one day to another the AddOn don't work anymore. Finally for two weeks, the Test Cycle Summaries aren't working anymore.

    We have really enjoyed using Zephyr for JIRA. It has really helped us be able to better track our Functional testing and User acceptance testing in JIRA. The test cases and the most recent updates greatly help us identify issues before they go into production!

    The Test Step edit box needs to be bigger. It was big, the 3 updates prior, then size got reduced. The rest seems fine. Keep the good work.

    None stop Zephyr indexing problem, Dashboard does not display the correct status. Very limited dashboard available for TM. Unable to use regular search function in JIRA to create filter for test cycles for customizing the build-in JIRA dashboard

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
