    Product Feature Report Card = D. Seems every time a NEW Feature comes out, I have to take extra steps to perform daily tasks. I have to revert to using the old UI or old feature if I can Product Bug Report Card = F - I submitted a Severity 1 Bug well over a year ago only to be ignored as though it is some sort of Enhancement Request. Bug = ERROR banner when trying to save Test Entries. Entries start out with immediate save but as each minute goes by, data update/save takes upwards to 10 seconds while I sit and wait to see if my data saved. Similarly when starting to edit a Test cell, data disappears because the cell has not yet engaged. I am constantly having to wait or re-enter data until I finally get ERROR having to start all over after a page refresh. ALL emails to support and support management have been ignored yet New Features come out making the app even more difficult to use. Is there an option to give the app .00001 stars

    We are 4 weeks after migration from one instance to another. Due to some problems with missing data, nevermind what was the root cause, I reported support ticket on June 21st and till today it's not resolved. What is more there is a silence from Zephyr side for last 4 days! This is unacceptable, this is not support! Just to compare similar situation I had with Tempo add-on and they fully supported me in a professional way. I can see I am not the only one who complains on support. Isn't there any way to get efficient support and help from Zephyr???

    What does "Disabling Execution Workflow On Project/Project Type" mean on "general configuration" page. I haven't found any specification on your documentation.

    The Execution workflow is a feature that will provide users the ability to track the Total Estimated time and Total Logged times for Executions. If the Admin has it enabled, when there is a change of any Execution Status or Step Result Status, the workflow kicks off the initial state and Zephyr can capture/log the time. The User/Manager can define the initial time estimate for the test execution.

    Very, very-very poor customer support experience. We have 2 blocker support tickets open with them. One is related to duplicated Test step custom field, the other one with broken zephyr index. The first ticket was open in February. After having several calls and providing them with logs, they still where not able to determinate the root cause. So our system admin had a look on it and guess what! After spending not even one hour to find the issue, he was able to fix it in the DB. Thanks to him, we don't have the duplicated field. Second issue is about the number of executions: we got two different numbers in the ZQL and the Test part in the projects. This ticket is open since 4-5 months and still where not able to help us. All the suggestions they made failed for us. And now, we don't even have the Test menu any more.

    We have Zephyr for JIRA that is used by 20 000 users and recently we have a lot of problems with Zephyr Data Center after re-indexing data does not get sync from node to node. Recently after re-indexing only one node worked and on the other 3 Zephyr was under maintenance, when we reported that to the vendor with priority 1 their support (24/5) was so bad that we really need to find other solution for that. They schedule the meetings and forget about that when the time comes. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I really don't recommend this product and their support.

    I run an IT department that supports 35K JIRA users, of which 15K users are QA that used Zephyr add-on for JIRA daily. Zephyr plugin started out great, and inexpensive. As the number of users grew from 5K to 15K and running on JIRA Data Center we saw a lot of issue around scaling Zephyr add-on. Data does not get sync from node to node, and often bugs are introduced during Zephyr upgrades. We planned to move to the enterprise version of Zephyr but the support we got while using the add-on version of so bad that we didn't trust Zephyr will provide any better support for their enterprise product. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I have 10K QA developers not able to use this product, and we have to build our own workaround solutions. Would a senior manager from Zephyr reach out to me and discuss how we can work together?

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
