    Not happy because it does not support Test Case manual arrangement. This is an important feature when building a test plan...ability to arrange them accordingly. I will not recommend tool for manual execution.

    This is the worst test case management software I have ever used in my 6 years of QA. They use iFrames to load inside Jira Cloud, and the app takes on average 10 seconds or longer to load a single page. They don't innately support API or continuous integration, and the answer to every support ticket is to do a bunch of Admin-only Jira level functions like clearing cache or re-indexing Jira. Each test execution is hit-or-miss on the ability to upload attachments, and reporting abilities are very slim, with the added complexity of the output being generated in a very un-useful manner for Excel/CSV. The test tickets themselves do not integrate nicely with Jira, making tracking for coverage next to impossible without some serious Jira manipulations. Showing test execution statuses outside of the test ticket, such as on a sprint board or on sprint tickets is not possible. Sorting within execution sets does not properly work, and the pagination assumes that you have only a handful of tests per execution which is rarely the case. OH, and you cannot have any cookie security enabled on your browser in order for this poor excuse of a test management system to even load in Jira Cloud, so you'll have to forego all your browser security to use this clearly not-enterprise-level plugin. All in all, an extremely terrible Enterprise option for test case management. You'll have nothing but frustrations and problems that will cost you thousands of dollars in loading wait times alone.

    Atlassian needs to have a standard for the quality of apps. And especially ones that cost this much. This app has been plagued with issues from the beginning so much so that I had to escalate twice. Their upgrades often completely breaks the add-on rendering it un-usable for days and the performance is extremely poor. An add-on that helps in the Quality cycle has zero quality. Have been using this add-on for 2 years and there is little improvement in the functionality or performance. A massive improvement in the quality is needed. The recent upgrade completely broke and blocked all our major releases.

    There's something wrong with the latest update. The execution view in cycle summary is just plain ticket summary, the other details and "E" execution button is not showing.

    This software is an expensive joke. No versioning of testcases, no reordering of testcases and a lot of bugs. Most of the features lack of funktionality, if you take a closer look. If you really consider using a testtool for jira - check out tm4j (Testmangment 4 Jira)

    We were using Zephyr in one of my previous projects and faced a big challenge with the plugin data import. Say, if you are on Jira Cloud enabled with Zephyr cloud plugin and when you migrate the Jira data to an on-Prem instance, the XML Backup dump file of the Jira Cloud doesn't contain the Zephyr data and there is no other way to back up the Zephyr data, when it cannot be included in the Jira system's whole Backup dump. This way, if you want to move from a Jira cloud to an On-Prem Jira instance or from one On-Prem Jira instance to another, you cannot import the Zephyr plugin data in to the target instance!! I have this question for the Zephyr plugin support - has this Zephyr data import issue been fixed in the recent versions or not???

    I work with the tool for more than a year now. It seamlessly integrates into JIRA and does what it is meant to do. If you want to raise issues and document them and work on them you definetely can go with this product. It does its job without hassles. Of course, if you would like to customize your experience you have to work through the details of the software....

    very poor customer support compare to any other add-on vendor we met. We raised a support ticket for index issue. It has been a few weeks and until now i still haven't got any update. I even loop steven.colon@smartbear.com in the email last week and asked for setup a call, but no one reply at all.

    Very, very-very poor customer support experience. We have 2 blocker support tickets open with them. One is related to duplicated Test step custom field, the other one with broken zephyr index. The first ticket was open in February. After having several calls and providing them with logs, they still where not able to determinate the root cause. So our system admin had a look on it and guess what! After spending not even one hour to find the issue, he was able to fix it in the DB. Thanks to him, we don't have the duplicated field. Second issue is about the number of executions: we got two different numbers in the ZQL and the Test part in the projects. This ticket is open since 4-5 months and still where not able to help us. All the suggestions they made failed for us. And now, we don't even have the Test menu any more.

    We have Zephyr for JIRA that is used by 20 000 users and recently we have a lot of problems with Zephyr Data Center after re-indexing data does not get sync from node to node. Recently after re-indexing only one node worked and on the other 3 Zephyr was under maintenance, when we reported that to the vendor with priority 1 their support (24/5) was so bad that we really need to find other solution for that. They schedule the meetings and forget about that when the time comes. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I really don't recommend this product and their support.

    I run an IT department that supports 35K JIRA users, of which 15K users are QA that used Zephyr add-on for JIRA daily. Zephyr plugin started out great, and inexpensive. As the number of users grew from 5K to 15K and running on JIRA Data Center we saw a lot of issue around scaling Zephyr add-on. Data does not get sync from node to node, and often bugs are introduced during Zephyr upgrades. We planned to move to the enterprise version of Zephyr but the support we got while using the add-on version of so bad that we didn't trust Zephyr will provide any better support for their enterprise product. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I have 10K QA developers not able to use this product, and we have to build our own workaround solutions. Would a senior manager from Zephyr reach out to me and discuss how we can work together?

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:
