    To Zephyr for Jira - Test Management I would like to congratulate you on your ZAPI API's for uploading test results to ZAPI Cloud. Here at Nutrien, were excited to use the API Functionality at capacity and develop a custom solution for our test execution and results management for the Internal QA Teams In addition, The Support team member ~ that contacted us was excellent and was able to help us trouble shoot a complicated JWT Token generation request call within 2 ~ 1 hour working sessions.     As someone who was brand new to test cast management, we found Zephyr to be intuitive and relatively easy to set up but complex enough to provide all the details we truly need for our end to end testing. We had hit some roadblocks along the way, but in every step the Support team not only responded in a very quick manner but provided insights in how we were doing the process and provided guidance as well. During times of troubleshooting, the support was not only extremely familiar with our situations but was able and willing to work with developers to help find a solution in very timely manner which in our case allowed us to meet some critical UAT deadlines to continue with a global implementation of a new system. If i could rate their support higher than 4 starts i certainly would.

    Really appreciate all the help provided by the team. Had a tricky problem with Zephyr for Jira getting installed but not getting enabled and due to this the Tests tab was not coming. I created a case with team : Zephyr for Jira case #00460871 The team was really helpful, quick to understand the issue and asked for right detail to resolve my problem. Liked the way they kept with me till the issue was resolved.

    Really appreciate the support team of the Zephyr plugin. We've had the issue of Zephyr plugin not showing the test executions when updated to the Zephyr for Jira server to 5.6.4.56408897. Contacted the Zephyr support and they were very supportive while responding. Support accepted it is a bug internal bug of Zephyr which shows the ownership of the problem. The issue got resolved in the latest version of the Zephyr 5.6.5.56508907.

    very poor customer support compare to any other add-on vendor we met. We raised a support ticket for index issue. It has been a few weeks and until now i still haven't got any update. I even loop steven.colon@smartbear.com in the email last week and asked for setup a call, but no one reply at all.

    Very, very-very poor customer support experience. We have 2 blocker support tickets open with them. One is related to duplicated Test step custom field, the other one with broken zephyr index. The first ticket was open in February. After having several calls and providing them with logs, they still where not able to determinate the root cause. So our system admin had a look on it and guess what! After spending not even one hour to find the issue, he was able to fix it in the DB. Thanks to him, we don't have the duplicated field. Second issue is about the number of executions: we got two different numbers in the ZQL and the Test part in the projects. This ticket is open since 4-5 months and still where not able to help us. All the suggestions they made failed for us. And now, we don't even have the Test menu any more.

    We have Zephyr for JIRA that is used by 20 000 users and recently we have a lot of problems with Zephyr Data Center after re-indexing data does not get sync from node to node. Recently after re-indexing only one node worked and on the other 3 Zephyr was under maintenance, when we reported that to the vendor with priority 1 their support (24/5) was so bad that we really need to find other solution for that. They schedule the meetings and forget about that when the time comes. The relationship with this vendor was a nightmare. I really don't recommend this product and their support.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
