Field Limit Guard finds what's safe to clean up in one read-only scan. It ranks every custom field by risk, shows where each one is used (screens, contexts, last-used date), and lets you copy a CSV or Markdown cleanup report to share with your admins.
It never edits or deletes anything in Jira. It only reads configuration to build the report, so you stay in control of every change. Built entirely on Atlassian Forge and hosted by Atlassian, your data never leaves the platform. No setup required: install, open the admin page, and scan.
