Epic execution as a timeline

Turn Jira worklogs into an epic-level execution timeline. See what actually moved, compare activity across epics, and understand real progress without switching between Jira views.

Weekly focus for delivery reviews

Filter to the selected week and review active and planned epics in one meeting-ready screen. Compare plan and reality, reduce noise, and spot what needs attention right now.

Pattern to evidence drill-down

Hover any day to inspect logged time, progress, and estimation changes, then open the exact Jira issues behind the pattern. Explain drift and scope shifts with evidence instead of guesses.

More details

Focus Flow 6.9.0 improves weekly project heatmap reviews by keeping near-term planned epics visible before worklogs begin and by adding burnout-aware member visibility. When a future range is enabled, upcoming epics with planned start or due dates inside that window can remain in scope, including their child issues for team totals and estimation context. The release also adds a burnout avatar group that compares context switching across visible members and lets leads filter the heatmap to one person without losing whole-epic status, Ready, or Risk Radar signals. Loading, retry, empty-state, and generated-JQL display behavior were also tightened for more resilient review sessions.

Summary
Adds future planned epics and member burnout filtering
Details
  • Future-only planned epics can appear in the project heatmap when the future range is at least 2 days.
  • Epics with a future due date can stay visible even if recent worklogs have not started yet.
  • Future-only epics still load child issues for estimation and team-based calculations.
  • Added burnout avatars for assignees with logged time in the active burnout window.
  • Burnout counts compare context switches between epics and standalone non-epic issues.
  • Clicking an avatar applies or clears a single-member heatmap filter.
  • Member filtering updates heatmap intensity, tooltip data, legend scale, and drill-down results while leaving whole-epic signals intact.
  • Improved loading, retry, empty-state, refresh, and long generated-JQL display behavior.
